The series contains the Betacam tapes of the interviews, out-takes, and b-roll footage for the documentary film Let Me In, I Hear Laughter- A Salute to the Friars. The interviews were conducted between 1997 and 1998. There are multiple tapes of several interviews, which are noted as such below.

System of arrangement

Items are arranged alphabetically according to the last name of the person interviewed and, in lieu of a personal name, by the name of the event. The DVDs are arranged chronologically by item number on the archives multi-media shelves.
